Ingredients

CRUST:

1/2 c
sweet cream butter, softened
1 1/3 c
all purpose flour
1/4 c
white sugar (granulated sugar)

FILLING:

2 large
eggs
1/4 c
granulated sugar
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1/4 tsp
baking powder
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
powdered sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350^
Crust:
In mixer bowl, combine crust ingredients. Mix until blended(about 1 minute). Pat down into an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake in center of oven for 15-20 minutes or until a little brown on edges. Remove from oven. set aside.

Filling:
Combine filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour filling over the partially baked crust. Return to oven for 18-20 minutes or until set. Cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
