When my 18 year old son was in the Navy overseas, he missed Mama's cookies, so I baked him 15 dozen cookies so he could also share with his friends. I packed each dozen in a ziplock bag. Thinking what a waste it would be to pay for all that bubble wrap, I came up with a better idea!!

1I then got a large cardboard box and a large 33 gallon trash bag. I placed the open bag inside the box and started popping corn!! I would put in several pans of popcorn. then a couple dozen cookies,then popcorn, then cookies.

2The coolest part was when he called me from Italy on shore leave and said "Mom! The package was terrific and my friends loved it too!"

3This way. they had cookies AND popcorn rather then a bunch of bubble wrap to discard!!
