Ingredients
| 3/4 c | butter, softened |
| 1 c | brown sugar, firmly packed |
| 1 1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | baking soda |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 Tbsp | milk |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1 3/4 c | flour |
| 1/2 c | rolled oats |
| 1 c | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
| 1/2 c | honey roasted peanuts |
| 3 pkg | (1.6-2 oz)milky way or caramello bars (caramelllos are really hard to chop so i use milky ways) |

Preheat oven to 350 and grease cookie sheetsLoosely cream the butter and brown sugar together. You want the mixture to be lumpy.Add the cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, egg, milk and vanilla. stir to combineAdd the rest of the ingredients and drop into greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes
