shortening
1 c

creamy peanut butter
1 c

honey

eggs, lightly beaten

all purpose flour

baking soda

How To Make honey peanut butter cookies

Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl, mix shortening, peanut butter, and honey. Add eggs; mix well. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; add to peanut butter mixture and mix well.

Roll into 1-1 1/2 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour. Bake 8-10 minutes or until set. Remove to wire racks to cool.
