Ingredients

2 c
hershey cocoa powder
1/4 c
butter
1 c
sugar
2
eggs , beaten
1 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
nutmeg (optional)
1/2 tsp
cream of tartar (optional)
1 Tbsp
rum extract
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
1 pinch
jamacian all spice (optional)
1 c
chopped nuts (optional)
3 Tbsp
sweetened condensed milk
1 c
confectioners' sugar for rolling brownies in

Step-By-Step

1Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees F.
2Butter Or Spray 8 Inch Square Baking Pan.
3In Large Bowl, Beat Cocoa Powder, Butter, Eggs, Sugar vanilla & rum extract together. Sift in flour & other Ingredients. Mix Thoroughly.
4Transfer Batter into 8 Inch square baking pan & Smooth over top.
5Bake 30 Minutes. Use toothpick to see if needs to cook longer.
6Put into freezer right away and let cool for 20 minutes.
7Take out of freezer, Let stand for 1 Minute.
8Roll cut out brownie bars into Confectioners Powdered Sugar to desired amount.
9Garnish top with Vanilla frosting, Sprinkles or anything you desire. Enjoy!! :)
