    11.5 oz. pkg. fudge striped shortbread cookies (32 cookies)
  • hershey kisses unwrapped
  • 1 tube
    orange icing

How To Make hershey kisses witches hats

    Attach one Hershey chocolate to chocolate bottom of each cookie using orange icing (like shown in image). Refrigerate. this will help keep the chocolate candy adhered to the cookie.
