This recipe was given to me over 25 years ago by a friend. It's scrumptious and easy to make. Not for the diet cautious.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Well, hello! This layered cookie bar is chocolaty, sweet, rich, and indulgent. On the bottom is a slightly crunchy and sweet graham cracker crust. Next, a nutty and chewy toasted coconut layer has condensed milk poured on top. The condensed milk adds a caramel flavor after the bars are baked that's creamy and gooey making this recipe something special.
