Gloria's Notes:

These cookies are the best!!! My Daughter-In-Law brought these home the other day from work and they melted in my mouth. One of her co-workers made these and she was kind of enough to give the recipe to her co-workers.Enjoy!!

Directions

1
Preheat oven to 350*
2
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter.
Mix in the egg, vanilla.
Add cake mix and mix,and mix until well blended.Mix will be thick. Roll into 1"inch balls. Roll balls in powder sugar. Place the balls one inch apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-13 mins, Remove from baking sheet to cool on wire rack.

Hi. I made these cookies Saturday and they were YUMMY! Rolling them was an issue though. The mix stuck to my hands terribly. I wondered if anyone else had that problem and what you did to solve it. I'd make them over and over, but for that one issue. I refrigerated for 2 hours, but that didn't seem to help the sticky issue. They were awful crumbly when done too. Their taste was great though. Any suggestions for me? Thanks for a great recipe.

Miss Linda & Mary,
Thanks for trying the cookies im glad that you loved them.
I have no idea how many cookies it makes or what to say about
the sticking and crumbling situation, the lady did not tell her
how to solve the problems I would just experiment with the recipe and go from there.. I am sorry for the trouble...

Might be a good idea to chill the dough before rolling them. Hope to try this recipe soon.
