Ingredients
- 16 golden double stuf oreo cookies
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 - 8 oz cans pineapple chunks, drained & juice reserved
- 1 sm package instant french vanilla pudding mix, dry
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
- 1 1/2 cups cool whip free
- 8 maraschino cherries with stem
How To Make golden pineapple parfaits

Step 1Coarsley chop 8 cookies; set aside. Reserve 8 remaining whole cookies for garnish.

Step 2Pour milk & reserved pineapple juice into medium bowl; add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in pineapple chunks.

Step 3Stir cherry juice into whipped topping with wire whisk just until blended; do not overmix.

Step 4Spoon 1/2 the chopped cookies into 8 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top each with 1 tbsp whipped topping mixture & 2 tbsp pudding. Repeat layers. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve topped with remaining whipped topping, whole cookies & maraschino cherries.
