These were my Dad's favorite cookie. I made them for him everytime I could. If you went to visit and ask for a cookie, he'd tell you he didn't have any, except for me! He'd always give me one, my Father has passed away now but I always think of him and these cookie. One of the many fond memories I have of Daddy. I hope they become you favorite too.

ritz crackers enough to cover a cookie sheet, peanut butter and chocolate cream drops, enough for each cracker
How To Make gladys cookies

1Put the crackers on the cookie sheet with the cream drops on each cracker, place in 350 degree oven, til they are just soft. Put peanut butter on the crackers to match the amount on the cookie sheet. When the cream drops are just warm enough put a cracker with peanut butter on top a gently press! That's all there is to them and they are great!
