Christmas is the time of year when I love to bake and give homemade treats to my family and friends. I also bake these wonderful ginger cookies all year long. I'm not much of a sweet person and these cookies suit me wonderfully, they are not too sweet and have a delightful spicey kick. My whole family loves them and can eat numerous cookies at one sitting!
