1Add one cup sugar and one cup Karo syrup in a 2 qt pot. cook until sugar and syrup come to a soft boil. cook one minute on low heat. Remove from heat
2Add the peanut butter, stir until smooth and creamy.
3In a large bowl add cornflakes , pour peanut butter mixture over the cornflakes, mix well, mixture will become stiff.Spoon out on a cookie sheet. the candy/cookies are very rich so bigger is not better.Let cool~ I wrap mine in wax paper and twist the ends and store in a Tupperware container. you can also roll the the candy in log shapes and roll them in chopped salted peanuts, kind of like a payday
