1 1/2 Tbspinstant coffee powder

2 tspwater, warm

1 - 6 oz pkgliberté méditerranée french vanilla yogurt

1 - 8 oz pkgcool whip free

How To Make frozen coffee mousse

1Line 12 muffin cups with cupcake liners. Place 1 nilla wafer in each bottom.

2In a small bowl, combine coffee & water until dissolved.

3In a standing mixer with whisk, combine yogurt & cool whip free (whole container) until thickened & fluffy.

4Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups. Freeze until firm, 5 hours.

5When ready to serve, garnish with a dollop of cool whip free & a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
