1 cplus 3 tablespoons butter, subect

3/4 cbaking cocoa

4eggs

2 csugar

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1 tspvanilla
- FOR THE FROSTING

6 Tbspbutter, softened

2 2/3 cpowdered sugar

1/2 cbaking cocoa
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1/4-1/3 cmilk
How To Make frosted fudge brownies

1In a saucepan, melt butter. Remove from the heat. Stir in cocoa; cool. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until blended. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Stir in vanilla and the cooled chocolate mixture until well blended.

2Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack

3For frosting, in a large bowl, cream butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in cocoa and vanilla. Add enough milk until the frosting achieves spreading consistency. Spread over brownies. Cut into bars.
