Ingredients

  • 1 can pirouette cookies, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 1/3 cups eggnog, cold
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 sm boxes vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

How To Make elegant eggnog dessert

  • Step 1
    Cut each cookie into two 2 1/2" sections; set aside. Crush remaining 1" pieces. In a small bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, cracker crumbs & butter; press onto the bottom of a greased 9" springform pan.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the eggnog, milk, dry pudding mixes, extract & nutmeg until smooth. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Spoon over crust. Cover & refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Step 3
    Just before serving, remove sides of pan. Arrange reserved cookies around dessert & press gently into sides. Refrigerate leftovers.
