Ingredients For eggnog banana cream pie

1 boxnilla wafers cookies

1 lgbanana, sliced

1/4 tspnutmeg, ground

1 1/2 ceggnog
-
1 boxinstant vanilla pudding mix (small)

4 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1/4 tsprum extract

1/2 ccool whip, thawed
- GARNISH:

1 lgbanana, sliced

1/8 tspnutmeg, ground
How To Make eggnog banana cream pie

1Line 9" or 10" pie plate with vanilla wafers. Arrange banana slices over bottom of crusts; sprinkle with nutmeg. Set aside.

2In a small bowl, whisk eggnog & pudding mix for 2 minutes. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding & rum extract; beat on low speed until blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon over banana.

3Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, garnish with banana & nutmeg.
