I have been making these since I was 12 years old, I had 3 brothers and 1 little sister...so this was a easy treat to make in a hurry for them to gobble up.

Ingredients For easy p'neezy cookies

1 call purpose flour

1 cwhite sugar

1 cpeanut butter
-
1 lgegg
-
1 Tbspvanilla extract
How To Make easy p'neezy cookies

1Mix egg, vanilla, sugar in large bowl.

2Stir in peanut butter, add flour a little at a time.

3Make 20 small balls, place on cookie sheet or any flat pan. Flattened cookie ball down with a fork crossways snd sideways. Sprinkle a pinch of sugar over top of each cookie, bake for 15 mins or when edges are dark brown, in a 350 oven.
