Cut each crust into 12 even pieces.
Place 1 teaspoon filling on each piece.

Repeat with remaining dough.
Bake 11-14 minutes or until golden brown.

Thanks Pat. This would be great for a potluck. Why haven't I thought of something like this? Clever and different. I will use my own pie crust and fillings for this. Saving to my pc to make in the very near future.

Can anyone tell me approximately how big are the circles you cut from the pie crust? Thanks.

Lexy- they will be quite small since you are cutting 12 squares from each pie crust and only using 1/4 of a teaspoon of filling in each square. My guess is a 3 inch square or so...hugs Pat. PS I hope hope this helps you.
