These are super simple and tasty. We make them at Christmas time and put them into our gift baskets full of treats. (and they are flour-less!!!)

Ingredients For easy peanut butter cup cookies

  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips

How To Make easy peanut butter cup cookies

    Preheat oven to 350. Place 18 small (1.25 in) paper baking cups on a cookie sheet.

    Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg together in a small bowl.

    Spoon out by rounded tablespoons into paper baking cups. Bake for 8-10 min.

    Press 4-5 chocolate chips into the centers of the hot cookies, then let cool. Store in an air tight container.
