regular oatmeal (not instant)
2 c

baking powder
1 tsp

baking soda
4 stick

butter softened
16 oz

semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp

vanilla - adding a lil too much won't hurt :)

Pre heat oven to 357

Put all the ingredients inot a big bowl, in any order

Mix with hands like you would meatloaf

Place small round balls on METAL cookie sheet. I have used stoneware and they do not come out the same

Bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown on top. They will seem mushy inside at first but no worries, they finish cooking as they cool
