  Microwave caramels & water in a microwave safe bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until caramels are melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Let stand 5 minutes. Melt chocolate.

  Spoon 1/2 tsp caramel onto each wafer; top with pecan. Drizzle with chocolate.
