Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix at a low speed until dough forms. Cover and chill for several hours. Shape in small balls, using rounded teaspoonful for each. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and Bake at 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in confectioners sugar.
If you choose to make cut-out cookies, omit the nuts and roll about 1/4 inch thick and cut into various shapes.
