Ingredients

2 1/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
2 eggs
2 stk margarine or butter
1 pkg chocolate instant puding, small
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp milk
1 small pkg chocolate chips
1 c milk chocolate chips if wanted
3/4 c walnut pieces, if wanted
1 tsp vanilla extract

I discovered this by accident - change it anyway you can.

 

Directions

Cream together butter, sugar and add vanilla. Add eggs and cream together until somewhat fluffy.
Add pudding mix.

Stir together dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients. Test for stiffness or softness. If too soft, add flour by the tablespoon, blending thoroughly before adding more if needed. If too stiff, add 1 Tb of milk and blend well, check: if too stiff add anothrer TB of milk.

Stir in chips and nuts if wanted. Blend in well.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray baking sheet with pam. Drop cookie dough by tabkespoonfulls onto sheet. about 3 across and 4 down. Bake for 10 min. and check. If done inside take out, if not leave for 2-3 min and remove from the oven. Allow to cool.

Eat warm (at least some of them). Cool the rest and enjoy.

What is clove flour??? 2 1/4 clove flour??? I'm assuming it's 2 1/4 cups?
