Crispy & Quick Lemon Cookies

I am Queen of a Red Hat Society group. This recipe was given to me from one of my Red Hat sisters.

pinch tips: How to Melt and Soften Butter

1 pkg
18.25 oz lemon cake mix
1 c
crisp rice ceral
1/2 c
(1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 large
egg, lightly beaten

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine cake mix,cereal,butter and egg, blending well.Form into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart onan ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes, or untill very light golden brown around the edges.
Cool 1 minute and remove to a cooling rack.
