1/2 pk. brown sugar 1/4 c. fat free butter 1c bisquick backing mix 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1(8oz.) pkg of cream cheese 1/4 c. of sugar (splendor) 1t. lemon juice 2 tsp. of milk( soy or fat free milk) 1 egg
get a 8x 2'' pan. beat brown sugar and soft butter until fluffy. stir in baking mix and walnuts. till mixture is crumbly.(reserve 1 cup) press mixture into pan. bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. mix cream cheese and sugar till well sugar blended. beat in remaining ingredients till smooth. spread oven layers in pan. sprinkle remaing crumble on top: bake for 25 minutes or until center is firm; cut into inch squares .
