Cream Cheese Butter Cookies
The dough is very sticky. I like to make it ahead and chill it overnight.Or you can spray a little bit of PAM onto your hands to keep dough from sticking while rolling into balls.
You can use any flavor cake mix for variations.
Rolling the cookies a second time makes a smooth fininsh .
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter. Stir in the egg and vanilla. Add cake mix, and stir until well blended. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Place 1 inch apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 13 minutes in the preheated oven.
Roll in pwdered sugar.
Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
Roll cookies again in powdered sugar.
