A friend of my mom's gave this recipe to her and she passed it to me to try. At first, it really did not sound like it would taste good but I gave it a try! I have to say, I liked them! Hope you try them!

Ingredients For crazy but tasty cookies!

  • 1 box
    ritz crackers
  • 1 jar
    either creamy or crunchy peanut butter, whatever brand you like
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate bark candy coating, melted
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla almond bark candy coating, melted

How To Make crazy but tasty cookies!

    With two Ritz crackers, make a peanut butter sandwich, either salt-side in or out, your choice.

    Dip sandwich in either chocolate or vanilla bark, making sure to cover all of sandwich. Place on wax paper to set bark.

    When bark is set, add design as you like with contrasting bark. Let set, then pack up and serve at parties, or whatever!
