butter or margarine
3 1/2 c
quick cooking oatmeal
peanut butter, crunchy or plain
1Mix first 5 ingredients in 3 qt sauce pan. Stir until well blended. On Medium heat, heat to a rolling boil. Boil for 3 minutes.
2Remove from heat and add oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until peanut butter is melted and all ingredients are well blended.
3Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. When set, Enjoy!
