I have made these Macaroons often, easy, filling and low in calorie. They really hit the spot.

Ingredients

non-stick spray
1-14 oz. oz
condensed milk
1
large egg
14 oz
flaked coconut
2 tsp
almond extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 325 degrees
Line bakery sheet with foil
Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray

Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg white, coconut and almond extracts in a large bowl mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls full or a little larger if you desire.

Bake 15 to 17 minutes Cool on wired rack Macroons will stick if left on baking sheet.
