Ingredients
| 1 box | ghiradelli brownie mix or any other brownie mix |
| 1 | egg (i use 2 here due to the altitude) |
| 6 Tbsp | butter |
| 2 Tbsp | water |
| 200 g | chocoreta candies(or 2 small bags) ***if you can't get chocoretas, sub 8 oz mint chocolate chips |

Directions
Preheat oven to 375F and line cookie sheet with parchment paperSlightly melt the butter if it isn't already soft and cream it together with the brownie mix. Add egg. Add water. If it looks tooooooo watery add a touch of flour. Fold in chocoretas or mint chocolate chipsBake for 8-12 minutes checking they do not burn on the edges. These are best slightly undercooked
