  In a large saucepan combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine.

  Stir ingredients over high heat stirring constatnly until it comes to a rolling boil then turn heat down and continue to stir while mixture softly boils for 1 1/2 minutes.

  Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Then add oats and continue stirring until well blended.

  Drop cookies from spoon to wax paper and let cool. Then enjoy!
