Directions
Spread crunchy peanut butter as thick as desired onto a ritz cracker. (I made mine about 1/4 of an inch thick)Sandwich together.Melt chocolate morsels in double boiler.Dip sandwiched crackers into chocolate, covering completely.Place dipped cookies onto wax paper as you go and allow them to harden. *I placed wax paper in a dish and put them into the freezer for about 10 minutes for quicker set up. Stored mine in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator. Yummy, enjoy!

Hi Janet,
Congraulations on your blue ribbon. I was just sitting here needing "a fix" and I remembered saving your PMS cookie recipe months ago because it sounded so good and FAST and EASY.
Anyway -- the thought just popped into my head -- I wonder what they would taste like if I added marshmellow cream. It's just a thought. Another thing good for PMS! lol.
