Chocolate Covered, Crunchy Peanut Butter Ritz Sandwich Cookie

- ritz crackers
- 1 jar(s)
- jif extra crunchy peanut butter
- 1 pkg
- nestle toll house semi-sweet morsels
1Spread crunchy peanut butter as thick as desired onto a ritz cracker. (I made mine about 1/4 of an inch thick)
3Melt chocolate morsels in double boiler.
4Dip sandwiched crackers into chocolate, covering completely.
5Place dipped cookies onto wax paper as you go and allow them to harden. *I placed wax paper in a dish and put them into the freezer for about 10 minutes for quicker set up. Stored mine in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator. Yummy, enjoy!
