Don't forget to put the topping on these. SO I made it gluten free.
SOME PEOPLE HAVE SUGGESTED ADDING SOME BACON BITES.."Sounds great to me.."
Now when I made these I needed to put my oven up to 375.. so do what you need to do..

- 2 stick
- butter, softened
- 1/2 c
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 2 c
- gluten free flour, your choice.
- 1 c
- chocolate chips, mini
- 1/4 c
- sugar cinnamon mixture
- 2 Tbsp
- crushed potato chips
- 1 pinch
- sea salt, i didn't need it...
1 CUP OF CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS, IN COOKIE MIX.... TOPPING MIX BELOW..
1Preheat oven to 350F.
In a small bowl mix crushed chips for topping set aside.
In another small bowl,measure out 1/4 cup of sugar for rolling cookie.
2In a large bowl mix your sugar,and butter till creamy.
Add vanilla, blend in
Add 1 cup crushed potato chips and flour and blend
now mix in your chocolate chips and just blend in don't over mix..
3spoon by tsp and roll into a ball and roll balls in sugar mix, then put on parchment baking sheet. wiil spread...
then gently flatten some,SPRINKLE each cookie with a little of your topping mix.
bake about 10 min, at 350, watch close as your oven may be different than mine.
