- 2 sticks "i can't believe it's not butter"
- 3/4 c
- firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- extra large egg
- 1/2 tsp
- baking soda
- 2 c
- 12 oz. package milk chocolate chips
1Preheat oven to 375 Beat 2 sticks of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter in bowl of electric mixer along with the sugars until smooth. Beat in vanilla, egg and baking soda. Stir in flour until blended only. Stir in chips. Drop by HEAPING tablespoons 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. I use silpat or parchment paper anyway. Bake 10 to 14 minutes depending on your oven and only until edges are golden. Remove and cool 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. they freeze well also. Enjoy.
