Cream butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients flour, baking soda and salt mix well. Add chocolate chips and blend in.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. I like to bake one sheet at a time. I remove them from the oven when they are just starting to turn golden brown, remember they continue to bake for a couple of minutes after they are removed from the oven.
Bake at 357 degrees.
