OMG! I brought a double batch of these to work and they disappeared almost immediately. These adult treats are not real sweet, but quite addictive.

Ingredients For chocolate-cherry mini-brownies

2large eggs

3/4 csugar

1/3 cvegetable oil

31-ounce bittersweet chocolate squares, melted

2 tspbourbon

1/2 tspvanilla extract

2/3 call purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/8 tspsalt

1/3 ccoarsely chopped pecans, toasted

1/3 csweetened dried cherries, chopped

1/3 csemisweet chocolate mini-morsels

powdered sugar (optional)
How To Make chocolate-cherry mini-brownies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl at medium speed; gradually add sugar, beating until thick and pale.

3Add oil and next three ingredients, beating until blended.

4Combine flour, baking powder, and salt;gradually add to chocolate mixture, beating until well blended.

5Stir in pecans, cherries, and mini-morsels.

6Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin pans (1 3/4"), filling them three-fourths full.

7Bake for 12 minutes; remove from oven, cool in pans on a wire rack for 15 minutes.

8Remove from pans; cool completely on wire rack and dust with sifted powdered sugar, if desired.
