- vanilla extract
1Preheat oven to 350F.
2Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
3Mix in flour in small increments.
4Roll dough into balls; flatten on ungreased cookie sheets.
5Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
