Doreen's Story

These are awesome cookies!! While I was on Vancouver Island I participated in the Farmers Market with my soap...across from me was this lady that made these cookies and sold them for a dollar each...
I had one every Saturday morning at the market...so delicious...she only shared the recipe with me because I was leaving the island!! Enjoy all!!

well, to my disappointment, I had no carrots...the ones I did have disappearred...I guess I should be thankful my daughter has been using them to munch on with Chef Scott's Mustamaise sauce. Which if you have not tried you should...you can do many things with it and it is just plain yummy!...but anyway...lol...so next week after grocery shopping I will have to get these made :) they sound so yummy!
