Bunyan's Diabetic Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a recipe I learned to make when I was 10! I tweeked it to make it diabetic

133 CALORIES
15 GRAMS CARBOHYDRATES
1 1/2 GRAMS PROTEIN
7 1/2 GRAMS FAT
11 MILLIGRAMS CHOLESTEROL
98 MILLIGRAMS SODIUM
15 MILLIGRAMS CALCIUM

Ingredients

3 1/4 c
all purpose flour
3/4 tsp
baking soda
3/4 tsp
sea salt
2 stick
plus 2 tbsp room temp butter
7 Tbsp
splenda/brown sugar blend (packed)
7 Tbsp
splenda/sugar blend
2 large
eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 Tbsp
warm water
3/4 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 c
chocolate chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Sift together flour, baking soda & salt, set aside for use in step 4

Cream the butter with a mixer for 1 minute @ medium speed, add the Splendas, and cream another 3 minutes until light & fluffy, scrape down the bowl

Combine the eggs and water, add to the creamed mixture, mix for 1 minute, add the vanilla, mix thoroughly

Add the dry ingredients, mix only until the ingredients are completely combined.

Add the chocolate chips, mix on low speed until the chips are completely combined

Drop by tablespoons on ungreased pans

Bake @ 350 for 12 minutes

Take the cookies off the pans while still warm
