Bunyan's Diabetic Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a recipe I learned to make when I was 10! I tweeked it to make it diabetic

EACH COOKIE HAS:
133 CALORIES
15 GRAMS CARBOHYDRATES
1 1/2 GRAMS PROTEIN
7 1/2 GRAMS FAT
11 MILLIGRAMS CHOLESTEROL
98 MILLIGRAMS SODIUM
15 MILLIGRAMS CALCIUM

Ingredients

3 1/4 c
all purpose flour
3/4 tsp
baking soda
3/4 tsp
sea salt
2 stick
plus 2 tbsp room temp butter
7 Tbsp
splenda/brown sugar blend (packed)
7 Tbsp
splenda/sugar blend
2 large
eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 Tbsp
warm water
3/4 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 c
chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Sift together flour, baking soda & salt, set aside for use in step 4
2Cream the butter with a mixer for 1 minute @ medium speed, add the Splendas, and cream another 3 minutes until light & fluffy, scrape down the bowl
3Combine the eggs and water, add to the creamed mixture, mix for 1 minute, add the vanilla, mix thoroughly
4Add the dry ingredients, mix only until the ingredients are completely combined.
5Add the chocolate chips, mix on low speed until the chips are completely combined
6Drop by tablespoons on ungreased pans
7Bake @ 350 for 12 minutes
8Take the cookies off the pans while still warm
