Beat egg white until stiff but not dry.

Add brown sugar and continue beating until thoroughly mixed.

Add vanilla and pecans and stir.

Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes in 400 degree oven.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.

You miss wrote on the steps...step 5 is wrong.

I didn't write it. I adopted this recipe. But thanks for noticing. Hope I fixed the mistake. Have never made this recipe. If you have, please let me know if all is right now. Thanks!

No.I have not tried it. I dont understand why it doesnt become a melted blob.lol It sounds good though.

I'm thinking that is might be something like a meringue!?!?
