    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    canola oil
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 1/2 c
    gold medal all- purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c
    travia ( splenda)
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • c
    fillings, and froting
  • 3 c
    powder sugar
  • 2 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c
    unsalted creamy butter,softened
  • 4 Tbsp
    shortening
  • 2-1/2 c
    semi-sweet chocolate moarsels
  • christmas crystal sugar for decorating
  • you can use candy cane sprinkles on top looks great.

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* Grease muffin tins with nonstick spray .

    COMBINE peanut butter,and butter,with hand mixer until smooth. ADD powder sugar,and continue mixing until well incorporated . FILLING should be thick and resemble cookie dough. COVER and refrigerate until ready to use.

    COMBINE ingredients for brownie mix following instructions. for cake like brownies . Fill muffin cups evenly with 1 tablespoon of batter each. BAKE FOR 8 -to 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. LET BROWNIES COOL COMPLETELY ,AND THEN GENTLY REMOVE FROM MUFFIN TIN.

    FOR TOPPING ,melt shortening in a saucepan over low heat .ADD CHOCOLATE MORSELS and stir,until melted and smooth......LET MIXTURE COOL FOR 5 MINUTES.

    to assemble,scoop 1 tablespoon of peanut butter mixture into the palm,roll into a all.,then flatten. SET ONE DISC ON TOP OF EACH BROWNIE. THEN USE THE PALM TO GENTLY PRESS FLAT. SPOON 1 tablespoon,of chocolate evenly over peanut butter mixture,and allow to drip the sides.

    IF DESIRED,IMMEDIATELY TOP UNSET,CHOCOLATE WITH CANDY PIECES FOR FESTIVE GARNISH . LET BROWNIES SIT for 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes until chocolate set.
