beat the sugar and the butter until fluffy. add the cream cheese, egg, and vanilla. add flour one cup at a time. ref for 2 hrs. roll out and cut into hearts or into rectangles. not to thin. this is rich and tender dough. bake at 375, do not let brown. when cool dip one half of cookie in melted oil and choc.let set and do the same with the white chocolate i have used choc and van almond bark. little different flavor but still good. i like a thick cookie so experiment.
