Anthony's Notes:

Everyone Loves Oreo Truffles! But you can change it up, depending on which Cookie you used. I seen these at Wegmans and immediately Birthday Cake Truffles popped into my head! They are VERY sweet, but VERY Rich, Creamy and delicious! I hope you all enjoy!

When you go to find the Cookies. 2 things you need to be aware of.

A.) These are NOT the Fudge covered ones, these are Regular Birthday cake Oreos.

B.) These are GOLDEN birthday cake Oreos, which I recommend using. But there's no Law about it ;)

Directions

1
In a food Processor, Crush the entire Package of Oreos until a fine crumb is achieved.
2
In a large mixing bowl, add your Room Temperature Cream Cheese and mix until thoroughly combined.
3
Add the 1T of Sprinkles (Remembering to reserve the other 1/2T) and stir until evenly combined.
4
Once Mixed. Grab small scoops of the mixture, and Roll into little balls, and place onto a Lined sheet tray. Once all the balls are made, Refrigerate them for about an hour.
5
Melt your White Chocolate, and dip each ball, Once dipped, Transfer to the same lined baking sheet and top with a pinch of sprinkles. and refrigerate for another 30 mins until chocolate coating is hard. And ENJOY :)

I take it a step further when I make these and actually add some cake mix from a funfetti cake or yellow cake or whatever flavor I have on hand and depending on what flavor of cake truffles I am making. The cake mix makes them taste like cake batter which is so very yummy!

The Oreo's themselves taste like Cake Batter! and you're on the right track because the Sprinkles in the mix are supposed to represent the specks in, a funfetti cake batter. :)

I've always used just the Golden Oreo's when making them with the cake batter so I'll have to try the Birthday Cake Oreo's and try them without any cake batter and see how they compare.
