Ingredients For best pumpkin cookies ever!

  • 1 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    quick oats
  • 2 c
    canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c
    chocolate chips

How To Make best pumpkin cookies ever!

    Cream together margarine (or butter), sugar and brown sugar; add eggs and vanilla, beating until fluffy.

    Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Add dry ingredients and pumpkin alternately to butter/sugar mixture.

    Stir in chocolate chips.

    Crop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
