my mother in law passed this recipie on to me and its a croud pleaser every time.. and so easy!!!

1 csugar

3 cflour
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/2 ccooking oil
-
3/4 cmolasses
-
1/2 cmilk
-
3/4 ccranberries or raisins your choice
How To Make best hermits ever!!!!

1pre-heat over to 350 and grease a jelly roll pan. By hand, mix all the liquid ingredients into the dry in a lg bowl

2mix well, wet your hands and put onto a greased jelly roll pan, shape into a rectangle shape. It wont cover the whole pan, dont try to spread it just gently pat it into shape.sprinkle with sugar

3bake at 350 for about 25 minutes, watch it, it will puff up, check the middle with a cake checker, dont over bake or they will be too cakey..... cut when almost cool into squares as big or small as you like...yummy!!
