Best Ever White Icing-Annette's

I use this to drizzle on cookies but you can make it thick to put on cakes and cupcakes as well. In fact I actually thin it out to do the drizzling.

Recipe is my own.

pinch tips: How to Melt and Soften Butter


2 c
confectioners' sugar, sift before measuring
1 1/2 Tbsp
butter, softened
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract or almond extract
1/4 tsp
3-4 Tbsp
milk (or more if thinning to drizzle icing)

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all icing ingredients in small mixing bowl.
Stir until smooth and well blended.
Adjust for spreading consistency if necessary, adding more milk or more confectioners' sugar.
Spread icing or drizzle on warm cookies, cake or cupcakes.
