1use very ripe bananas.(Look for brown spots on the bananas skin to know that they really are ripe.)Pit the dates,soak them overnight in 4 cups filtered water,and drain.
2Chop the nuts and the dates.Mash the bananas.combine the ingredients.Drop by heaping tablespoons on dehydrator sheets and flatten with the back of the spoon.Dehydrate overnight at 100 degrees.
3The next day you will have chewy,delicious,bite-size cookies.Serve warm,right out of the dehydrator,or store in the refrigerator to enjoy later.
