CRUST: Combine first three ingredients in a food processor or with a pastry blender until crumbly. Add eggs, mixing dough to form a ball. Press dough with floured fingers into bottom and sides of an 11 inch flan pan.
FILLING: Spread jam over bottom of crust. Combine remaining ingredients except sliced almonds, mixing until smooth. Spread over jam in crust. Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes, or until golden.
GLAZE: Combine glaze ingredients. Spread over warm tart.
