Easy, decadent, and only 1 pan--no bowls, etc. I found this on the Ghiradelli brownie mix box. New take on the old 7 layer bars. Husband and co-workers loved them. One difference for me--I used 2 cups of chocolate chips and no butterscotch--hubby does not like butterscotch.

Ingredients

1 stick
butter, melted
1 box
brownie mix, small--not family size
1 c
coconut
1 c
butterscotch chips
1 c
chocolate chips
1 c
chopped nuts (pecan, walnut, or almond)
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Preheat oven to 350. Spread melted butter over 9 x 13 pan. Evenly spread/sprinkle dry brownie mix(straight from the box!) over melted butter. Continute to spread/sprinkle each ingredient over brownie mix, in order listed. End with Sweetened Condensed Milk, drizzled over entire pan. Bake 35 minutes, or until bubbly around edges.
2
Important--Allow to COOL COMPLETELY before cutting into bars. Very Rich!!! Needs ice cream to cut the sweetness.

Sounds really good. I've made something similar-the only difference being the bottom crust is crushed graham crackers with melted butter-call them 'Hello Dolly's' Bon Appetit!
