1 c smooth peanut butter
1 c granulated white sugar plus 3 tbl's.
1 egg

These are so easy, I can make a batch anytime, 3 simple ingredients that are always on hand. & they are delicious. I always get asked when I am making them again!

 

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Mix 1 cup peanut butter and 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 egg together in bowl, reserving the 3 Tbls's sugar in a cup.

Scoop & shape small walnut size ball of dough, roll in cup with reserved sugar, place balls on foil lined cookie sheet, using a fork dipped in sugar or flour, criss cross each ball to flatten. Bake for approx 8-10 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.

Let cool, remove from pan to cooling racks. Makes approx 24 cookies.

Wow!! Never ever made cookies without flour ! Maybe I will try this .

I have a Friend that has always Made Peanut Butter Cookies with this Recipe.
We always Made them with Flour as they seemed to go so much farther.
Good recipe tho. . I have tried them, they are Good!!

I have made this recipe years ago, and Know another who always makes them like this.
to answer your QUESTION; "YES", the RECIPE is just as it says. . . WITH "NO FLOUR"

They are Very good, I am sure you will agree after making them.
